Thorough and helpful staff, always charging the affordable amount and not trying to take you for a ride like the big dealerships.I only give a 4/5 stars because I had to take my car back 3 times the last time, I kept it in from 8am-4:30pm without work on the car because my leasing company only gave approval at 4pm. Then had to take it back on the Friday for the tires to be changed then again the next week for the shocks to be changed, just very inconvenient when I work far away, and my friends live far away, and having errands to run on my days off.

Mixed reviews by others made me wary. As did their immediate availability when everyone else had at least several days wait for a pink slip. But they got the job done fast on a Saturday at the last minute. So i can’t complain at all.

Went in for a pink slip thinking it would be an ordeal and a was a little concerned about the lower reviews but I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. The receptionist and workers were super friendly and quick. If you need a pink slip just go here and save yourself a hassle.
