I’ve used this Midas Tyre and Auto Service for over a decade now and Luke always does an amazing job. He gets the jobs done on time, to an high quality and is always straight up with me. Without reservation I highly recommend the highly qualified professional mechanic manager Luke and owner Steve and all team at Midas Prospect. Yesterday I required emergency repairs to a cracked exhaust system and Luke immeadiately rescued my Mercedes and acted promptly and despite my dire circumstances treated me with the utmost respect and exceptional service. It is an absolute pleasure to have met a young professional mechanic Luke with a strong work ethic, honest, competitively priced with great technical expertise and willing to accept a new client whereas other companies which I supported were no longer interested. Luke clearly understands customer service and went above and beyond to ensure my Mercedes was safely repaired with great attention to detail before leaving Midas Prospect a 100% outstanding result and a very positive first impression of a franchise business which truly lives up to the corporate brand. I rarely do business reviews however this is an exception to raise awareness and rest assured Midas Prospect is now my Mercedes mechanic and I look forward to further future work from Luke and the professionals. Trust me when I say they freely gave honest advice and not only saved my Mercedes but also wisely saved me money. Best place to go to,I travel from Gawler south to Midas in prospect sa. I have 2 cars which I don't let anybody touch but Steve who is the manager. He explains what needs to be done with a service, but if he finds anything else that needs doing he calls me first and quotes me for the job before he does anything. The cars go in with the engines spotless and when I get them back there just as clean.The team are good and friendly and easy to talk to about anything I ask about. I would recommend them to anybody and I already tell my friends to take there cars there also,which most of them do.
