Midas Launceston Tyre & Auto Service

Great experience from start to finish. Launceston MIDAS has provided consistently good service over a number of years. Called me and discussed what needed to happen. There is a crack in my water system and he went above and beyond to call Mitsubishi to see if it was covered under the new car warranty and had a note out on my file so that when I called I didn't need to try and explain, turns out it was still under warranty and covered. Could have very easily been shonky and advised me it needed fixing and through this service and I would not have thought about the warranty, this type of service instills trust in Midas Launceston. Also thankful for the gift bag with free RACT roadside help and other goodies.

These guys couldn't be anymore helpful their customer service was A1 and effortless! We will definitely use their service again nothing was a drama, good work crew!

These guys were awesome. We are travelling around Australia and our brakes went in our Nissan Patrol. We were passing through Launceston for the day and they got us in and fixed it up same day in the week before Christmas. Very grateful and can reccomend!

New to Tasmania and took my 2016 Subaru in for an essential service. Communication was comprehensive and friendly and the service was done within a couple of hours while I did some shopping. While I was out I had a call to let me know I needed a new air filter and was asked if I wanted one fitted - I said yes. When I returned the mechanic showed me the old air filter so I could see how badly blocked it was. This place offers affordable prices and honest work which I consider quite hard to find. Will absolutely be back for my next service even though I live 1.5 hours away. Very happy. Thanks team.
