Such helpful guys! I had two blown front headlights and the Manager ordered them in for me - they arrived in just a couple of hours - and they were done in no time. I had been calling around other places (even my own mechanic) and nobody wanted to help me. Such awesome service - I'll be back.

Friendly people , my car was old with many km on it .Obviously difficult to diagnose ongoing engine light issue . Was lent a loan car a couple of times which was great . I spent a lot of money having work done that ultimately didnt fix the underlying issue(s) .

I had my car serviced last Friday. The car had a lot of problems and the Manager Chris was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great guy, great team. I was very happy with their work on what would have been a massive job for him and the team. Highly recommend! I’m not one to make a review but I just had to as it’s rare to receive this level of high quality service. I will be back. Thanks Chris!

My starter motor is on its way out and I have been meaning to get it replaced but hadn’t had the chance to as I had just come out of surgery and of course today I got stuck at the petrol station! I knew the 'tap tap' trick, however it was only me and my 3 year old son ( clearly couldnt tap and start the ignition at the same time - even though I tried) and surprisingly no one came to my aid at the petrol station. Being in a hurry , off I marched to Midas with my grumpy toddler in tow, asking them whether they would be so kind and help me!Honestly , they made my day. They were so nice about it and didn’t hesitate to send someone down to assist me even though I could see that they were super busy. Thank you guys, really appreciated your kindness on coming to my aid.

I took my son's car to Midas Harbortown to have its timing belt replaced as my regular mechanic wasn't able to do it. I had not been here before. The price I was quoted was reasonable and Chris was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He could book me in quickly and, as I work long hours, their opening time of 7:30am was ideal because I could drop the car off on one day and pick it up the next day before I started work - very convenient.As a female consumer it is always a worry when we take cars to mechanics but I felt very comfortable with this place.When the job was completed it was all explained to me and all paperwork was provided as to what they had done.I was very happy with the friendly service I received at Midas Harbortown. Thank you :-)

1st time at a Midas service centre , the manager , Chris was very helpful and informative. I'm pleased with the work on my car today . Further issues with my car need to be addressed and this was discussed in detail with Chris. I shall be taking my car back for further repairs. All in all , very happy and would highly recommend .

Had my Volvo Diesel serviced here after suffering with previous mechanics who couldn't work on it properly or didn't do the job that was asked of them. But here the workmanship & service was 10/10. Will be definitely coming back to midas again for regular maintenance. They even took me home & picked me up again once car was ready which was a big help to me.
