Just wanted to say a Thankyou to Ryan for his kind assistance today with my car ! Was feeling very anxious and he assisted with looking at the car and helping with oil ( I purchased ) - so as I could get home to the country after hospital visit ! Pretty average in the end. Rob seemed pretty nice but anyone in this industry its hard to tell. They did make sure to call me before any additional fixes which was good.

We have used Midas Darlington on 3 occasions now for 3 different vehicles and we intend to continue using them. We were more than impressed with the service, from beginning to end, both customer service, and mechanically. We found everyone we dealt with either by phone or in store, friendly, efficient, knowledgable, and honest. Pricing is great and they are not there to rip anyone off. Having decent loan cars on offer makes the whole process all the more easier too. I have been a customer of Midas Darlington for 11+ years, and my car will never be going anywhere else, whilst I am living in Adelaide. And if I'm not living in Adelaide, I'd still make the trip to get my car serviced by Rob Wann and his great team of guys.
100% recomended.
The team keep you informed of the whole process, and updated if they find something more than the original repair.
Rob has owned over 70+ cars personally, and a lot of his experience has come from working on his own cars, as well as all the other cars that pass through his shop.

Dropped past at 5pm in the hope they could shed some light on a battery issue I was having. Supercheap told me my battery was stuffed but they couldn’t fit it. The tech at Midas (not sure of his name) checked it out and was extremely clear in his explanations and disagreed with the initial diagnosis. Given my battery was $329, I was pretty happy that these guys took the time to actually look at my problem and not just charge me for a new battery. First time I’ve ever been to a mechanic and not felt uneasy about whether I was being ripped off or not. I wish all of my car interactions had been like this! Problem still persisting but I’ll be seeing an auto elec just like Midas recommended. Thank you again for your honesty and doing the right thing, I work in IT and so the same for people with computers so I have a lot of respect for the mechanic who served me!

Thanks for your great work. The team at Midas Darlington are always very efficient with their service. The only place ago since 2014. Quality of work is always great. If they have to replace/ fix something they give you a call first to make sure you are happy with what they are going to do. I like the fact that they show me the item replaced and really take time in showing me the functionality of the item and how it will improve the car’s performance. Highly recommend!

When my car broke down and had to be towed to Midas at Darlington recently I was full of trepidation.
I was loaned a car so I could do my normal duties for the day and my car was repaired efficiently and economically by the end of the day. I was delighted with the excellent customer service and prompt repairs which were done without any fuss and very professionally.
It has been running beautifully since and I am very grateful to Rob and his team.

really amazing service from rob and his team, only reason i was able to drive up to see family for easter is because of them. they even fit me in to replace the break pads when they were closing early just because they knew i wouldn’t be able to see family if i didn’t get it fixed :(
