These guys are awesome! I had a problem with starting an engine suspecting there is a battery issue. I first went to the other Chatswood service. They stroke me dumb saying "we have a 2 week waiting list and at least you have to wait till the end of the day for us to invistigate the issue". I left speechless but came to Midas. They tested the bettery on the spot. Unfortunately, they didn't have that kind of battery in stock but ordered it fast and I got the car by afternoon same day. Very friendly and professional.

We pulled in off the highway with noises from the car. These guys helped us out and got us back on the road. They were honest, showed me exactly the issues, and then only charged a modest fee to sort the issue as it could be fixed on the spot without parts. They could have charged us whatever they wanted as we were in a tough position, but they did not take advantage of the situation. I highly recommend anyone to use their services as they are honest and professional. Thanks guys for helping us out so quickly and professionally
