Honestly I have been to a fair few mechanics in my life - I have never met anyone as honest and trust worthy as the team at Bass Hill Midas. Genuine blokes. I had an issue with my battery for my car and the fixed it with non of the BS that other mechanics try to sell you. Always get my car serviced there. Top owner, top team and top shop.

Recently brought a car here for an inspection before purchasing. Lee was a true pleasure to deal with, very down to earth and welcoming, he performed a thorough check of the vehicle and gave me some really beneficial information and advice. An expert in the field. I live out of area but am honestly considering bringing the car here regularly. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Lee was supportive from the moment I called. He answered all my questions and gave me a straight forward solution to my problem. He gave me a realistic price range and then followed up with a phone call later on to confirm the final price before going ahead with the task. He was respectful of the timeframe I had set for my service and accomodating to my preferred day. All members of the team greeted me when I would walk in and out of the location and were very friendly and approachable. I couldn’t even provide negative feedback about the Bass Hill team even if I wanted to!

I walked in 15 minutes before closed to enquire about the cost for a tail light replacement. The staff member told me he could do it on the spot for a very reasonable price and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. This is one of many great experiences I have had at Bass Hill Midas and I would recommend them to anyone!

I brought my car to Midas because of a strange noise, and Le, the mechanic, went above and beyond to help me. He spent about 20 minutes checking the car and discovered a loose bolt on a hose that was causing the rattling. To my surprise, he didn’t charge me for his time. It’s rare to find such honest and helpful service these days. I highly recommend Le and the team at Midas. 100% recommend!

Went to get a diagnosis and fix on my car when i struggled to control the car. The staff were very professional, courteous, and patiently talked me through the options after finding the issue. And despite knowing that i know nothing about cars (and being female), i did not feel as though i was taken advantage of like i had felt at many other mechanics.
