I took my BT50 in for a logbook service and a few other repairs and Ryder and Cameron were fantastic throughout the entire process. Their communication was amazing and they kept me updated with all findings and the repairs that needed to be carried out to remedy the issues with my ute. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable mechanic that values customer service.

I stopped by with a flat tire without any appointment. 30 minutes later I was back on the road with a fixed and pumped up tire! I couldn’t have been happier with the service and the turnaround. Cameron and Ryder fit me right into their very busy workflow seamlessly!

I’ve been into Midas since the start of the year and every single time these boys have gone above and beyond for me. They are such a nice group and so helpful, even being someone who knows nothing about cars. I bought my car at the start of the year and they helped me fix all of the problems while also educating me on what I need to know and exactly what’s going on with my car. I came to midas,Indooroopilly after going to my previous mechanic who did the regular service. It was not what I really expected. I don't know much about cars, I 3nded up needing some assistance during an issue I had.Cameron , vadym and Ryder listened to what I was after. The explained to me, that things are prioritised by way of saying " suggest, recommend or urgent ".This helped me to prioritise what was needed within my budget , and ut was explained by sms as well as through the phone call I received. They never pushed for they sake of sales . I am do grateful for all the help and will most certainly be back and recommend them to all who need a car service in Brisbane.Thank you team

I would recommend the team at Midas Indooroopilly to anyone who may feel vulnerable to being 'taken for a ride' by mechanics.I cannot fault the service I received, especially from Ryder and Cameron. My engine light came on which was very distressing and they fit me in the next day. The problem was diagnosed and quoted quickly and Cameron clued me in that it was a known manufacturing fault even though this information would mean I'd likely take it up with the dealership. Ryder was so compassionate and understanding and he went way beyond expectations to help me sort everything out - truly way beyond the standard criteria for just 'great service'.It would have been so easy (and understandable in this economy!) for them to drop their amazing service standard once it was clear that I was going to take the car to the dealership for a 'goodwill warranty' application but they still went above and beyond to help me out.Worth mentioning too that when I called to book my car in, Ryder quoted me a certain amount for a standard service and then later corrected it to be approx 15% less than he had quoted due to my vehicle taking less oil than he had factored. I was very pleasantly surprised by the transparency!The overwhelming amount of positive Google reviews is indicative of their great service values, compassion and trustworthy pricing. Would recommend Midas Indooroopilly to anyone!

I purchased a BMW 220i convertible for my partner recently and Midas had been maintaining the car for the vendor so I asked them to do a repurchase inspection for me. The car had 146 k km but drove very well. They could not fault the car so we purchased it. Midas suggested we get some routine maintenance and we returned the car a few days later. Both my partner and I are aggressive drivers and the car developed a protective miss and limiter from the ECUMidas recommended new spark plugs a coils but this only made the car worse after a few days. I returned the car and they eventually found the ECU problem caused by contaminates that were probably dormant with driving miss daisy. They attended the this at no cost and car is brilliant, running like new with the new plugs and coils and clean ECU sensors.We got there in the end and we are delighted with the result

I really enjoyed the greeting I got as I walked into Midas ,I was there for a wheel alignment and ĥe got right onto it they were quick and I was so happy with the service, my 4x4 steers way better and it's so smooth and quiet to drive now , and they were very polite and they also said I there is any problems ,they said come straight back and they would check it out, so happy . Changed to Midas for servicing this year, I used to go to a company nearby but felt they were just tick and flick, not really looking for things. My car is approaching 20 this year so you would expect some issues. Midas did a thorough check and I was able to get on top of some emerging issues. They helped me out with splitting the work around a road trip and the car feels great. Very friendly and helpful, explain as much or as little as you want. They followed up as well. Highly Recommend!

I had a nail/drillbit in the drivers front side, pull to Midias on the iff chance, Ryder came out had a quick look and said they could do it there and then.The technician took the ute in and started straight away. Ryder was extremely friendly and officiant, he explained what they were doing and gave me future advise on any punches, would defiantly use midas again and recommend them.
